If you are on a slim budget but are looking for a phone with a Type-C 1.0 USB, Bluetooth 5.0, and 4G network, then Xiaomi Redmi 9A would be a great option, to begin with. The phone also has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, a hotspot, GPS with A-GPS, and yes, an Infrared port.
