Design.
In terms of its appearance, it borrows most of its looks from the Redmi Note 11 Pro 8GB 128GB , which is actually a good thing. What this means is that the Note 11 Pro+ 5G has squared-off edges, a tidy rear camera module and a shimmering plastic back. Yes, Good.
The design is rather simple, but with a minimalist, flat design that is familiar to the iPhone 13 range. What your eyes meet first is the Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5) and glass back. It weighs 204 g which is quite heavy but portable.
Display.
You won’t compare Note 11 Pro+ 5G 256GB to POCO M3 Pro 5G 128GB, Why? The Note 11 Pro+ sets a standard in this department. At a very affordable amount you get a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400) AMOLED display with a 120Hz maximum refresh rate. Peak brightness is rated at 1200 nits with HDR10 support.
There’s an Always-On Display feature which is disabled by default but only stays visible for 10 seconds when the screen is tapped.
Camera.
Not long ago phones of this range struggled with providing a decent camera but now Xiaomi has made this look so easy. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G rear camera setup includes a 108Mp main (wide) lens with an f/1.9 aperture, and on the other side of the phone, it packs a 16Mp selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture which occupies the top-centre of the display.
The 108MP main camera provides consistently pleasing and usable photographs. By contrast, the two other rear lenses are inconsistent and sometimes frustrating but work well in collaboration with the main lens. The selfies are well sharpened and are detailed.
Performance.
Built on 6nm architecture, Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is designed to give you superior performance while conserving power. Get ready to power through the day! Multi-tasking is brilliant and it can handle most of the heavy tasks you initiate. Its performance compares to that of the more expensive Poco F3 8GB 256GB.
